The Naxxar Victorians are happy to announce a new strategic partnership with local pharmaceutical company Pharmacare Premium Ltd.
The agreement, signed at the end of June, brings together the power of innovation of two ambitious organizations and is built on the foundations of performance on and off the pitch. The partnership is set to promote investment in local sports, particularly amateur football.
This partnership continues to represent the growth the club has strived towards to transform itself to be more than just an amateur football team.
Speaking on behalf of Pharmacare Premium Ltd, Jeremy Busuttil told www.naxxarvictorians.com that the company was very happy to partner up with the club as both parties share the same mentality towards local sport.
“This year, we are happy to pair up with Naxxar Victorians,” Busuttil said, “We approached the club because primarily we wanted to offer sponsorship and at the same time, invest in local sport, particularly amateur football.
“We saw that the club has a valid presence as well as interest in the local football community. They also share the same mentality as we have.”
Participation
The partnership between Naxxar Victorians and Pharmacare Premium Ltd. is set to also promote the involvement of the company’s staff in the support of the club this season.
“Just as we associated ourselves to invest in local sport, at the same time, we want our staff to participate. We spoke to the president of the club (Karl Borg) so that we can organize activities with our staff as well,” Busuttil said.
“I wish to see that during this coming season, there is good participation from our staff both during these activities, as well as during the matches in terms of support and the social activities between our staff and the Naxxar Victorians’ players.”
On the other hand, Victorians president Karl Borg expressed his enthusiasm for the project.
“I feel honored to have managed to create this partnership between the Naxxar Victorians and Pharmacare,” Borg said.
“In this way, we are showing that as an amateur club, we are boosting our brand both on social media, as well as on the pitch.
“I want to thank Pharmacare for getting in touch with us to strike this partnership. With the help of the committee and our club’s accountant, we have managed to sign this contract so that we can continue to move forward both as a club, together with Pharmacare.”
